Role Description and Revenue Sharing
→ EXPERTS: Hands on successful experience in any specific domain/topic
→ Creation of doHow™ APP Practices
→ Sharing of 10% of Revenue amongst all Experts based on cumulative time investment (8 hours per practice + participation time in discussions for validation of practice), Disbursement once a quarter based on the Invoice raised by the Expert.
→ Sales PARTNERS: Good professional and personal network with good people and networking skills
→ Marketing and Selling of the doHow™ APP (Consultancoaching)
→ 20% Purchase Discount as Sales Commission (Purchase wallet balance @ 20% discount and distribute to any doHow™ APP user for both self practice and for Bistrot – similar to Mobile Phone recharging process)
→ Bistrot FACILITATORS: Good people skills, Prolific reader/learner, Good in moderation
→ Facilitating the group discussions combined with content explanation during doHow™ Bistrot sessions
→ 50% of Revenue for Moderation. Disbursement once a month based on the Invoice raised by the Facilitator.
→ CONSULTANTS: Hands on domain experience, strong in basics, Get’s the big picture fast and understands cause/effect
→ Consultancoaching for clients of Samuthána Consultancoaching LLP on topics with respective domain expertise.
→ 70% on the value Invoiced (excluding Taxes). Disbursement once a month for the received payments based on the Invoice raised by the Consultant
